How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery usually takes two to five working days, at a flat £3.49 to any UK address.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within thirty days, no reason needed. Write to us with your order details and we'll reply with the return address within one working day. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost; if an item is faulty, we send a prepaid label.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Not yet. The register travels only within the Isles at present, though we hope to widen the routes in due course.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our office, so you can follow its journey at your leisure.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
