Every order is dispatched from our UK stock, tracked, and carried for a flat £3.49 to any address within the United Kingdom — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands.

Delivery

Standard

Two to five working days.

Dispatched from our UK stock for a flat £3.49 to any UK address. Some remote corners of the Isles may take a day or two longer.

Dispatch

Within one to two working days.

Most orders leave us the same or the next working day. We email you as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Tracking

At every step.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our office, so you can follow its journey across the Isles at your leisure.

One flat delivery rate — no surprises at the checkout.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem. By law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel any order for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and we voluntarily extend this to a full thirty days to change your mind. You're welcome to inspect an item as you would in a shop; we simply ask that it comes back in resaleable condition where possible. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost; if an item is faulty, we cover it.

    Write to us

    Send an email to admin@shopcienty.com with your order number and a brief note. No forms, no portals.

    Receive the return address

    We'll confirm your return the same working day, usually. Returns go to our Oxford warehouse: Unit 4, Salters Boatyard, Meadow Lane, Oxford OX4 4BL. If the item is faulty, we include a prepaid label.

  3. 03

    Pack & post

    Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail collection point, at your convenience.

  4. 04

    Refund issued

    Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days, to the original method of payment.
