Every order is dispatched from our Oxford warehouse, tracked, and carried for a flat £3.49 to any address within the United Kingdom — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands.

Delivery
Within one working day.
Orders placed before 15:00 GMT are typically packed and handed to the post the same afternoon; otherwise, the following morning.
At every step.
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our office, so you can follow its journey across the Isles at your leisure.
One flat delivery rate — no surprises at the checkout.

Returns
Not satisfied? No problem. By law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel any order for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and we voluntarily extend this to a full thirty days to change your mind. You're welcome to inspect an item as you would in a shop; we simply ask that it comes back in resaleable condition where possible. Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost; if an item is faulty, we cover it.
