Free standard delivery on every order, no minimum spend. Thirty days to change your mind — without protest, without paperwork.

We believe delivery should be part of the service, not an added cost. Every order is dispatched from our London office, tracked, and carried free of charge to any address within the United Kingdom — including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands.

Standard

Three to five days.

Dispatched from our London office and delivered free to any UK address. Some remote corners of the Isles may take a day or two longer.

Dispatch

Within one working day.

Orders placed before 15:00 GMT are typically packed and handed to the post the same afternoon; otherwise, the following morning.

Tracking

At every step.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our office, so you can follow its journey across the Isles at your leisure.

Delivery is part of the service — not an added cost at the checkout.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem. We offer a thirty-day returns policy on every product in the register. Items must be unused and in their original packaging — and that is the only condition we ask of you.

    Send an email to support@shopcienty.co.uk with your order number and a brief note. No forms, no portals.

    Receive your label

    We'll reply with a prepaid Royal Mail return label, usually within the same working day.

  3. 03

    Pack & post

    Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail collection point, at your convenience.

  4. 04

    Refund issued

    Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days, to the original method of payment.
