These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SHOPCIENTY website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We operate the website www.shopcienty.com. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Oxford, United Kingdom.

• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable
• The total price payable, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order
• An order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion
• Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been accepted

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

We charge a flat £3.49 for standard delivery on all UK orders. Estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To cancel, simply tell us — email admin@shopcienty.com or use the cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

We will refund the full amount you paid, including the standard £3.49 delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them). You are responsible for the cost of return postage. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop; if their value is reduced by more than that, we may deduct the reduction from your refund.

We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day change-of-mind window on unused goods. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If goods are faulty or misdescribed you have a 30-day right to reject them for a full refund, or you may ask for a repair or replacement. Where goods are faulty, we pay return postage. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your right to cancel under section 5, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses.

All original content on this website — including our brand, layout and copy — is the property of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

If something goes wrong, email admin@shopcienty.com and we aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may be entitled to refer it to alternative dispute resolution. We are not currently signed up to a specific certified ADR provider; this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
