4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use cookies and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Your basket is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device (strictly necessary to remember your selection) and is never sent to us until you check out. Because we set no non-essential storage, no cookie banner is required.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email admin@shopcienty.com.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Order data is typically retained for 6 years in accordance with UK tax and accounting regulations.
